Pretty big story! I'm surprised the USADA was so accomodating with Golden Boy. They probably treat other athletes or organisation that way too. Considering the role of the USADA and the public funding it gets, I wonder why this isn't a bigger story. This transcends boxing.

To Summarize, Victor Conte (The GODFATHER of PED's, Basically) Says Floyd HASN'T Undergone "Olympic Styled Testing", in the TRUEST Sense of the Term...According to Conte, what Floyd has Done is Insisted on RANDOM Testing (Which SOUNDS Good in Theory), but the Testing is Done AFTER Most Athletes are Cycling OFF of PED's....

We Then Learn that Floyd HAS Failed @ Least 1 of these Random Tests for a PED, which was Covered Up by Golden Boy, Along w/Positive Results from Some of their Other Fighters...

Loooooong Story Short, Floyd's USING PED's as an Excuse to DUCK Pacquiao, While Simultaneously USING PED's Himself (@ Least 1nce)...But Hey, "Legacy DON'T Pay Bills", Right???...
