The Roided up JMMl vs Floyd . Does it go any differently ?

Would pepole buy this fight even ?

Jmm was exceptionally slow in his first fight at 147.

 

Marquez was able to land punches on Mayweather jr that normally do damage to his opponents but he lacked the size and power to hurt him.

 

Marquez went up several weight classes for that fight and Mayweather came in over the limit. Marquez was far too small. Now that he's taking drugs, he might have a bit more pop.

 

Marquez caught Floyd cleanly in their fight. No doubt he would again at some point in a rematch...

 

Fraud is also fading as demostrated by the bloody nose courtesy of fading Cotto. Juiced Marquez, who has now grown into a welter, can do better than in their first fight, but still I don't see him outboxing Fraud.

 

I don't think it would be much different. Bad style matchup for Marquez and even with the added bulk Mayweather is still the bigger guy.

 

Interview with Ariza he points out JMM's training was obviously geared towards improving his power, with short, heavy reps. Evidently, it paid off and there's a possibility it could against PBF too and JMM could win. Still, as others have noted, you'd have to ignore 12 one sided rounds of evidence to the contrary.

two things are for certain... Marquez will take Mayweather's punches much better than he did when he was fighting him honest and he will also punch much harder

 

mayweather jr moved around a lot against marquez. since that fight he hasnt really done that. though marquez still has great timing and good handspeed his legs seem pretty dead to me. if mayweather jr stands in front of him he may get KOd.

It's certainly a more interesting fight now.

Floyd is even less mobile now than when they fought, and Marquez punches about 10 times harder ::

 

He couldn't drop Pac in 36 rounds, then drops him hard and stops him with one shot.

please guys, you all know damn well Floyd would not consider taking a rematch with Marquez now unless the guy was drug tested daily, up to the day of the fight. Marquez wouldn't be entering that ring looking and punching like bane from the dark knight trilogy. the results would be the same as last time, one sided. Floyd may be an asshole in all of our eyes but he is not stupid when it comes to his craft.

 

Mayweather jr wouldn't fight Marquez unless he became a free agent and left top rank

 

EXACTLY.

Floyd would make damn well sure that Marquez is randomly tested before this fight and Marquez refused testing for the Pacquiao fight. This fight won't happen.
