neither here nor there. Floyd's insistence on testing would be enough to cause Marquez pause on using them. Floyd wouldn't allow or do everything possible to prevent Marquez from using them and all things being equal (whether Floyd himself uses them or not), a rematch would be one sided like before.

that's how I saw it too. He landed some big shots on PBF but he was simply to big for him. This bigger version of Marquez would give Floyd a hell of a fight if his punches can affect maywheater, if not, he's too slow and methodical to box with him

 

marquez is a guy who has always been able to change a fight with one punch at any given time. against mayweather jr he landed some really hard, sharp, flush right hands that simply had no effect.
