    Anyone seen this??? I loved Band Of Brothers..but I have read this one is a whole lot of sex(usually I wouldn't complain) and more fiction than facts....anyone??

    So much hype about the Pacific. Its decent, but if youre expecting anything near the quality of Band of Brothers, youll be disappointed.

    "Band Of Brothers" was a better overall series. However, pick out the 10 best scenes between both series, and "The Pacific" may have 7 or 8 of the best 10 scenes.

    Lots of lulls in it though.

    It's not as good as BOB, but it's still better than 90% of the shit out there.

    I think it was the 2nd to last episode. May be the best episode of television ever filmed.

    Agreed and unlike BOB the Pacific had me close to tears a couple of times. They're both awesome, I don't see how or why one would watch one of those series and not the other.
