not really. getting caught with the best right hand since marciano took out walcott is what cost him the fight. all indications were he would've won another decision if he'd managed not to get caught. credit to jmm though. he clearly decided he would go for the ko, convinced, rightfully so in my opinion, he would not win a decision. jmm was smart to go for the ko. i think too many fighters are afraid to pursue such a strategy. but when you've failed to win a single decision in three bouts? he evidently did the right thing to focus on power.
