That's really weird, I was just about to resurrect this thread by asking for people's opinion on the Pixies :bears:

I know Hut is a big fan, as am I, I think Magus is too though I may be wrong...Cdogg, Z? Thoughts?

 

What I have heard of the pixies is not bad, I don't really know much of their music though.

I have 'Surfer Rosa, and 'Doolittle'...but kind of went 'off' them after that.

Those are definitely the two best albums. I like the other two but they're nowhere near as great

Pixies were alright, never owned anything by them, but they were decent, I liked some of the songs I heard

cdogg will probably pick 'The Green Manalishi' or 'Man Of The World', but Im not into all that druggy-blues 1960s Peter Green stuff that so many middle-aged men blow about.

But there's too many to pick from Fleetwood Mac MkII: 'Go Your Own Way', 'Landslide', 'Dreams', 'The Chain', 'Songbird', 'Rhiannon', 'Sara', 'Tusk', etc

I don't know how much more clearly I can state my objections to British "Blues"... Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac is some of the most horrible shit ever

I hate Fleetwood Mac in all of its incarnations... The two catchiest Fleetwood Mac songs, to me, are "Say That You Love Me" and "Hold Me", both written by the least publicized of the vocal trifecta of that band's most popular period, Christine McVie

Anything ever by Stevie Nicks is horrible, the worst crap imaginable... If not for Lindsey Buckingham, she would be sitting in a coffee shop tunelessly strumming a zither with her non-playing ass and baa-ing like a sheep with her Wicca bullshit

 

Just hate him... as an actor, as a person... I hate his FACE, I hate his VOICE

I can't watch a movie when he is on screen... He makes me want to kick him
