Truly awful performance from Donaire. I Gondo would still win even if Donaire was at his best, but Donaire can fight so much better than this.

Donaire landed one decent combination but Rigo still won the round. (11)

Maybe I'm blind or something, but I'm shocked anyone thinks Donaire was even close to even, never mind winning it

Shutout except for the knockdown. I wonder if that left hand broke Nonito's orbital bone.

I feel generous giving Donaire 2 rounds, including the KD round. Those scores are insane, it was a completely 1 sided fight.

you had the right prediction, man, no doubt

Donaire got one good moment in there, but he was basically befuddled and taken off his game by a master boxer

Yeah I was very disappointed in him, his performance was pathetic really. Gondo fought brilliantly, and generally not too negative, he always answered fire with fire.

honestly if rigondeaux wouldve defected in 2001 and got with a decent trainer/strength coach we wouldnt have ever been talking about pacquiao as the terror he was at 122-126

the only hope he'd have against this fellow in a rematch would be if somehow managed to have a round 10 moment much, much, much earlier in the fight... He can not box with this fellow

True. He's got substance. Defense, counterpunching, ring generalship, accuracy. Not like Amir Khan and others.
