I read Ward's book, it was actually pretty good. As a fighter he was mostly a punching bag who won a few that he shouldn't have though. Garcia at least while not spectacular is pretty solid at a lot of things.

Just watched this fight. I had Garcia winning but had it closer than what the judges had it. 114-113 I had it. Judah came on strong in rounds 10-12. Garcia predominantly threw right hands to Zab's body following to the head. Zab worked off his jab alot. He landed some nice straight lefts late on.

 

Garcia looked very crude/one-dimensional against Judah. He's a smart fighter with good power and timing but that performance surprised me.

 

I am still not sold on Garcia. I expected him to dominate this version of Judah but he almost lost it and was getting hurt late. 140 is up for grabs there is nobody dominating yet. Too bad Alvarado and Rios can't fight these 140 guys from GB

 

Garcia, Matthysse, Rios, Alvarado...pick 'em fights between them...I would like to see if Garcia can keep them off him...with Matthysse having superior punching power, Rios and Alvarado with superior chin...
