If Canelo had been smarter he would have waited until he was seasoned a little more and Floyd looking old one night....cause now Floyd is gonna fuck him up...pot shot city

Look at Canelo's fat little legs. But look at the size of him! He's huge! At least twice Floyd's size, Floyd is really up against a man mountain here.

Floyd is going to take Canelo to school. The fight maybe interesting the first couple rounds until Floyd adjusts.

if mexican wedding short saw paul williams posing with rocky marciano in clothes he'd tell us all how williams dwarfs him and how marciano is a tiny little middleweight

Canelo is fucking huge compared to Floyd, both visually and quantifiably (on the scale). Thicker torso & much bigger quads.. and he'll have 20 lb on him come fight night.

He has much bigger legs and neck, that's about it. Floyd has bigger shoulders, longer, thicker arms, and is taller.

I don't deny Canelo weighs more, but to me it's not really weight that's going to help him. He has fat little legs, a big neck, and thick wrists  Ultimately he's shorter, less reach, slower, and not a huge puncher.

He doesn't even seem exceptionally strong for his weight. When was the last time you saw him bulldozing someone around the ring, even as much as say Hatton did at 140? Floyd is much stronger than he looks. I wouldn't be surprised if he at least matched Canelo for physical strength.

Floyd is actually a natural lightweight at most

    Canasshole is a middleweight

That said Floyd hits harder than people think and he had no issues with Shane and actually looked at times to be the one hitting harder in there

I've yet to see the purpose of debating "which guy is bigger?" because it never gets resolved

"Look at his legs! They are like tree trunks! The other guy has twig legs"

"LMFAO habbah hah hah hanhahan... You're so wrong... they have exactly the same legs! Besides, his shoulders are WAAAAY bigger stupid bich looser botomline"

"Ah hah hah habba han you are so stupid... his shoulders are waaaaaay smaller stupid bich! you well see when he gets KHTFO of him by him"

    Nobody ever agrees...

Floyd might have bigger shoulders & longer arms, but as far as natural size goes, Canelo is obviously much bigger where it matters most (torso & legs). I do agree Floyd is unbelievably strong for his size, especially as of the past few years, but I'm pretty sure he isn't going to try to bull Canelo around & probably won't even stay in the pocket much

Undeniably heavier, but I can never consider Canelo a big or "huge" jr welter, he has such a small frame.

Tua is a great example of that at heavyweight. A very heavy, naturally thick set guy, but would you really consider him a "huge" heavyweight at 250 pounds? If I recall, he was a similar weight to Lewis, yet Lewis dwarfed him.

Likewise with massive framed Vitali Vs Danny Williams, who was mindbogglingly 20 pounds heavier at the weigh in. No one in their right mind would consider Danny the bigger guy. Pacquiao was apparently 2 pounds heavier than Oscar on fight night. Would anyone really consider him the bigger guy because he has chunkier calves, neck, and a bigger head?

I know you and Hut disagree, but I just think there's more to it than weight. In my experience, frame plays at least as big a role. When you get 2 fighters in the ring, a significant difference in frame usually seems to make more of a difference than a similar degree of weight difference.

 yeah, weight and where a fighter is at at the start of his career and when he matures are probably the best & most objective gauges, aside from wrist/calf/chest/wingspan measurements

Tua was 220 lb when he KO'd John Ruiz. That's an in-shape Tua, not the massively fat & overly bulked out version we saw in later years. Same deal with Danny Williams, too much time in the kitchen and too much time in the weight room.. Danny Williams DOES have a huge frame, but in optimal fighting condition (for him) he would probably be about 30 lbs lighter.

The best shape I've seen Williams in was when he blew Kali Meehan away in 27 seconds, and yeah he looked MUCH lighter than the Williams who fought Vitali
