Here's the 'fight'. Looks like it was fixed to me.

The fight itself starts a few seconds before the 6 minute mark. At around 6:50 Papp falls down in spite of no punch landing. Then around 7:30, Papp appears to be trying to fall down again, gets hit with a weak punch of the way down, oversells the fall big time, but is clearly not seriously hurt. Lou just stands there like he's waiting for the ref to count to 10. The ref looks unsure of himself before finally stopping the fight, while Papp appears to be getting up, then stops realizing he did exactly what he was paid to do.

This was a disgrace, although the capacity crowd of about 100-125 fans in attendance seem to be enjoying the show.

I'm embarrassed for anyone involved with that promotion.

 

Well, I hope Lou made a few bucks as he is a nice fella and the only promoter here that is actually putting on pro fight cards currently.

But, I'd like to see him just forget about furthering this thing and concentrate on his business interests and family as I like him very much and I'd hate to see him tangle with a real MMA heavyweight fighter.
