A win over Froch for GGG would make him pretty mainstream.

Since beating Macklin, GGG's popularity has risen dramatically here in the U.K. There's alot of people who believe in him.

At face value he looks kind of Euro style, but he's very loose and fluid, not robotic, more like an American fighter. Kind of a cross between the two.

But yeah, I don't give this version of Martinez much chance at all against the beast that is Gaybox.

 

The GGG-Proksa bout did 685,000 viewers, GGG-Rosado did 813,000 and GGG-Macklin did 1.1 million on HBO.

 

Golovkin-Macklin did 1.1 million and Ward-Dawson did 1.3 million. That's very close to two guys who were well known and the best in their divisions.
