Pettis-Henderson II at UFC 164 8/31/13

Apparently TJ Grant is injured and Pettis will replace him at UFC 164 against Ben Henderson.

It's a much better bout for fans and ticket sales. It makes you wonder if Pettis was actually injured.

 

good news. wasn't looking forward to henderson vs. grant.

 

Pettis better knock him out, since the judges have already filled out their scorecards.

Sure he's a disgruntled Edgar fan, but he's right. For whatever reason, the judges love Bendo, it's crazy.

I thought Edgar beat him twice, pretty clearly, and Melendez too. No bias from me, I don't like Bendo OR Melendez, and I picked Bendo to win clearly.

 

All the fights were close not one of Bendos recent fights can be called robberies.

 

Actually all 3 could, although 'robbery' isn't quite a strong enough word to describe the 2nd Edgar fight.

Close-ish obviously, but in each of them I thought there was a clear enough winner and it wasn't Bendo.

 

Edgar won the title on a gift so that's what he gets.

 

Even if you want to go with that, the rematch was pretty damn one sided.
