I didn't realize he was that old.

 

Damn, I actually might have guessed he was older. Seemed old as fuck when I first saw him in "Crime Story" in the 80's.

He was excellent in the HBO series "LUCK", before the horses started dying off and they had to cancel the show.

BTW I couldn't stomach Midnight Run when I watched it on its release. It is supposed to be a comedy, right? It didn't made me laugh not even once. This was the beginning of the End of Robert DeNiro as an acting phenomenom. Beginning with this film he started accepting all roles offered to him. Before this one he was more selective and the performances he delivered were epic.

 

Holy fuck, Pantypisss is a moron

Midnight Run was fucking great and as Anthony illustrated, Deniro made some good movies after it

 

I couldn't care less about anything he did after Sleepers.

He looked like a tough tough guy. I wasn't surprised to find out he was a cop for a long time before becoming an actor.
