Yeah, he was good. Same guy as the main character in District 9. I wouldn't have known it was him, if I didn't already know it was him.

Hey screw you Nob's. Don't slot me in with Panchy. I've never fallen asleep on a movie in my life. Not one time. Also I know good movies when I see them, I'm not one of those guys who look forward to shit films like Transformers, and Pacific Rim. Flashy trailers don't impress me, which is exactly why this one didn't. After all, according to you, this turned out to be exactly the mediocre disappointment I predicted it would be.

Dont lump pacific Rim in with Transformers. If you knew good movies, you would know the difference between Guillermo Del Toro and Michael fucking Bay

And I do know the difference. Truth is I just haven't seen Pacific Rim yet.

Elysium Started with a promising premise hinting at a very thoughtful, intelligent, social comment on topics like illegal immigration, clash of social classes, Obamacare and overpopulation. What the movie rapidly turns is into another excuse for summer popcorn shoot'em up. I wanted to see more of Jodie Foster's character and less of the douchebag gun-for-hire villain. The ending was weak and predictable. Gotta agree with Nobleart on this one. It could have been a memorable film, but it turned into a wasted opportunity. Average film. 7/10

The movie was OK. It felt like it was a worse version of District 9.
