    Yeah Breed is cool, I like the solo, even though its not really a solo at all...but it WORKS, kinda like the "solo" in "Boredom".

    "Anti-solo's", I feel ya. He couldn't really solo for shit as it was. Krist Novoselic said he tried out a standard solo for Heart Shaped Box and he described it as sounding "like an abortion hitting the floor" :lol:

    One of the strangest things I've heard a band doing is releasing a concept album as their debut album and then carrying on as a normal pop band after that. I think that Roland Orzabel (sp?) had a lifetime of things to get off his chest for their first LP and after that was out of his system he realized he was just an "average man." Tears for Fears was part of a band with the guys who formed Naked Eyes and they split into two bands. They have some good songs. Not a band I would put in my top 20 or anything.
