Yeah Breed is cool, I like the solo, even though its not really a solo at all...but it WORKS, kinda like the "solo" in "Boredom".

 

I exclusively like solos that 'aren't really' solos.

They have a couple of other fun tunes. I first heard them years ago as my uncle had one of their albums on vinyl. For whatever reason this one came to me today.

 

One of the strangest things I've heard a band doing is releasing a concept album as their debut album and then carrying on as a normal pop band after that. I think that Roland Orzabel (sp?) had a lifetime of things to get off his chest for their first LP and after that was out of his system he realized he was just an "average man." Tears for Fears was part of a band with the guys who formed Naked Eyes and they split into two bands. They have some good songs. Not a band I would put in my top 20 or anything.
