Garcia fought brilliantly. What a champion. Props.

 

Sadly, there's not much time for him to be Learning. He's probably gonna be as good as he is. Mathysse showed that he was a bit overrated, I'm still a big fan though. Of course the eye didn't helped him but his offense seemed to lack variety and creativity. Garcia's reallly good, I've been telling it for quite a time, didn't expect him to win this one though.

 

Yeah after close examination I don't think Floyd can stop Canelo.


He has superior facial structure that's fit for taking punches, and a Neanderthal like brow.

 

I hope NOT........either guy...was always an EASY win for FLOYD...even if Matthyssee looked like a MACHINE....

I don;t think Matthyysse was overrated, I think Garcia was UNDERrated

Seriously, did Matthyysseee look different than you expected? He fought exactly like I thought he would... Garcia showed me a tremendous chin and better handspeed than I suspected

There should be a point deducted everytime a fighter lose his mouthpiece imo. The break Garcia had for losing it was a benefit to him, it shouldn't be like this.

There were a lot of close rounds that could have gone either way.

What sealed it for Danny was him taking over in the mid-late rounds plus the knockdown. That eye didn't help Matthyssee either.

 

Agreed, Lucas was as advertised. Good pressure puncher, bit basic and predictable, but good, and not devoid of skill. Garcia just looked much better than expected.
