Has Anyone Else Noticed Matttthhhhyyyysssse CUT OFF the Small, Thin Ponytail he Usually Has???...THAT'S Why he Lost....

He said he would cut it off when he wins a world title. Perhaps he thinks the Interim bs title he has is a legit title..

Being DEAD SERIOUS, REED's a Believer in SYMMETRY...Somewhat Superstitious, if You Will...

Mattttthhhhhyyyyyssse had the Ponytail in ALL of his Defining Fights Up Til Garcia...That was THE WRONG Time to Rock a Different Look...If You Suffered an Asswhipping or Something, THAT'S when You Change it Up, Similar to How Cotto Went Tattoo Crazy, After Losing to Margarita...

If REED were in Mattttthhhhyyyyssse's Camp, he'd have BEGGED Dude to KEEP the Ponytail...

God made him go blind in one eye, if he had cut off more, Delilah Garcia would have made him go blind in both. The Choof will set you free.

I think Matthysssssss cut his ponytail off prior to the Peterson fight. Maybe before the Dallas fight or after it.

It was more of a rat tail than a ponytail, actually.

lucas says that the rematch has been agreed to. now just waiting for a date.

I highly doubt that's the case. Garcia is probably in the Floyd's sweepstake so I don't see why he'd agree to a rematch at least untill Mayweather next opponent is set. Plus, Danny really has nothing to win and everything to lose in an immediate rematch unless Showtime forks in a lot of $$$$ (wich I doubt they will)

Then Garcia will probaby fight the winner of Peterson-Jean, Provodnikov if he beats Alavarado or Khabib the hawk or even a Judah rematch before he faces Mathysse again imo.

You guys really need to get your Top Rank/Golden Boy shit straight. Lots of wasted posts around these parts.

Winners of HBO fights don't fight winners of Showtime fights.

Not at all, it,s already considered. That's why I mentionned Provodnikov if he beats Alvarado but not the other way around. Provodnikov is a ''free agent'' (with Art Pellulo) afaik, he should be good to fight on Showtime.

Still, imagine how the division would be stacked without this bullshit.

provodnikov is definitely a free agent and available to face either TR or GB guys on either network

Sorry, my post was more of a general observation.

And yeah, it would be a great division.

That's a horrible comparison. Khan actually faced guys who had a shot to beat him, and didn't wait 2 years after getting a belt to do so.

I agree. In fact to me it looked like Garcia was really starting to feel Matthysse's power. In fact maybe he felt it from the start since he was clinching like a motherfucker. Literally, like a motherfucker.

he won his title against Soto, that's when he chopped it off I think.

I hope he fights Provodnikov or Maidana.
