I don't know that Leonard was really much bigger than Floyd, if at all. Same with Robinson. I'd pick both to beat him, though.

WTF? Floyd's a natural lightweight/junior middle. Leonard and Robinson were both LEGIT welters. In fact, Robinson was best suited for junior middle, but 154 didn't exist in his era. Both Ray's were taller/rangier/bigger men than Floyd, and there's really no debate about that.

I love Arguello (i think pretty much all fight fans do) but i think Mayweather is a really bad style matchup for him. Floyd's speed of foot at 135 would be a big edge.

Ain't no way in Hell Arguello is beating Floyd at any weight. Chavez could beat him at 135. I'd 140 I'd pick Floyd by UD over Chavez. Whitaker DEFINITELY beats Floyd at 135. At 140 I'd probably pick Pernell also. His performance against Pineda at 140 was far more impressive than Floyd's performance against Gatti. I don't think Carlos Ortiz would beat Floyd, though he'd be a difficult fight for Floyd.

A natural lightweight/junior middle.. wha? Floyd's a "natural lightweight" in an era where lightweights come into the ring weighing 150lb, he's grown into a welter body and in any other era prior to day-before-weigh-ins, he's a legit welter.

Arguello would have his moments but I'd pick Floyd to beat him by decision... I said the same thing 10 years ago and that was when I first was introduced to Karl Hegman who threatened to break my ribs for daring to disagree with his pick
