Everybody and their brother is strong fast and explosive  I could take anything you can throw but you wouldn't be able to land because I'd double leg you and and slam you down hard through the concrete

It's actually unfair. You're in your 20s. LOK is in his 40s. You'd have to go easy on LOK

That's Makhan Singh aka Bastion Booger from WWF on the left. Is that Tiger Jeet Singh on the right? Could be someone else

LOKs fictitious powerlifting numbers are a FB institution

'Well I have't worked out for a while so I probably wouldn't be able to lift much, just 3x bodyweight for a few reps I guess'

I knew LOK was full of complete sh*t when he typed "405 is no problem..could probably go 495 for 6" on the deadlift. All this despite not having worked out for a while!:l2:
Meanwhile I see guys twice LOK's size who can't put that sh*t up  And LOK's like 185lbs

    Lol at you guys,..

#1 stroke was 7 years ago and I have no effects
#2 Hanzy...I starting to doubt you lift.. 405=4 plates on each side 495 is just adding a plate per side..I think I could muscle up 6 reps of it

#3 I am not in my 40's lol

LOL there is no way you could muscle up a single rep of 405, let alone 6 reps of 495

    LOK obviously trollin

    Why not?
I was a personal trainer and managed a gym for almost 10 years and have lifted for most of my life.. I'm currently 212lbs
Anyone my size who has lifted that long SHOULD be able to pick up 4 plates

Nah, you done f*ck all in the dead lift, LOK. All you ever did was bench and curl. You gotta train hard to get near the 500 mark on the deadlift. You can't do it, let alone 6 times
Also, you've been training this long and saying you're in the best shape of your life and yet you're 212 lbs? You were like 185 a couple years back. You ain't been training hard. :nono:

oh, I thought you were talking about benching, not deadlifting. 495 is more realistic for DL, but there's still a WORLD of difference between 405 & 495. saying 'just one more plate each side' makes it sound like you have never lifted. 6 reps for 495 is still very impressive for deadlift. I could believe 405 a lot easier.

I don't think LOK's ever done deadlifts if he says something as stupid as "just one more plate each side".
Reminds me of the guys who come to the gym for the very first time under a new trainer saying "Ok...I don't want to get TOO big...ok?" :giggle:

Hanzy.. I also basically stopped limiting calories about 2 months ago and lifting heavy..getting stronger going into winter then I'll get lean again

Hanzy I don't even believe you lift now..I bet you are just a fat guy
If you did and you've talked to me about training and knew how long I've been around the gyms you would know weights more

    I don't like small increments

    Squats are the same.. 225-315-405-495
    I go up by plates

that is ridiculous. you would have to be on a shitload of testosterone & trenbolone to "go up by plates" on a whim. it's even harder to believe if you've been lifting for 10 years, since you're not going to increase any of the big lifts by nearly 20% in a sudden fashion at that point without major diet changes and/or drugs

I wouldn't want to say too much but... Years ago....

    Never mind lol

Anyway the legs can handle loads.... IMO it's silly and not most effeciant to use 5s or 10s on dreads and squats..

they can handle as much as they can handle tho.... it takes allot of training to make them handle 100lb more than they can handle

Can you explain what you mean? Like would you start at 405 then stay at 405 for a year or two until you could do 10 reps then bump the weight to 495 and start at really low reps again or something?

When you squat, you go all the way down to where your ass is almost touching the ground, right? Not like those fags who try to impress by only slightly bending their knees and claiming it's a squat

In the Land of LOK, you throw that light pussy sh*t away and go from 405 directly to 495 in the same session. Only bitches wait a year to get to 495. Who the f*ck needs months and months of intense power training and diet. F*ck that sh*t!
