I believe LOK probably can do things most people can't

 

Looking at the numbers, LOK is actually physically stronger than The Rock and most of the WWE wrestling roster :bears:

 

Why is it not efficient? It is an ego thing, LOK?

 

Don't forget he once said that he had been sparring and training with world champions HIS WHOLE LIFE.

He also had a UFC fight scheduled but had to cancel because of his stroke.

I'm saying once you can hit a weight for 6 or so...jump way up and struggle with it and I think that helps you adapt to it
I think going if we are talking deads... Going from 225 to 255 or something is not as productive as say 275 or even put 315 on there.. Maybe you can't do it yet but get used to it..struggle etc...
