Just quickly searched some videos of Shavers vs Williams. The vids are absolutely shit quality. Too bad they weren't able to digitalise the videos back then.

I gotta add one more: Caveman Lee vs. John Locicero.

That is must see life and death prizefighting like Foreman vs. Lyle is for true fight fans.

On a lower lever, a heavyweight slugfest between Jarno Rosberg and Manuel Pucheta. A fierce eight-rounder

INCREDIBLE fight. Especially the final round. One of the dramatic rounds ever. Caveman Lee was OUT on his feet a couple of times IMO and yet he found a way to win the fight. Karl, what do you think of the Vitaly vs Lewis fight. Don't you think it was a life and death match aswell?

Definitely it was a great fight as well as both guys fought with desperation and that fight could have been over with a single shot from either guy in a kill or be killed type of match.

I can't think of a fight in the heavyweight division that is comparable with that one since.

Just like Loccicero did with Caveman, Klitschko had him, but he got away.

Incidentally, that brawl ruined both Caveman and John as fighters.

Lee was hammered out in less than a minute by Marvin afterwards, and John kind of just dropped out of the scene after losing to Sugar Ray Seales at MSG.

Trivia question: What was Locicero's big win over a television star?

Answer: He knocked out Tony Danza of "Taxi" and "Who's The Boss?" fame in one round.

it was a good fight, cool knockout. Arguello paralyzed him with those body shots.

Which Arguello fight should I wathc next? I've seen his first with Pryor. I heard the first Escalera fight was good.

The Mancini fight is a classic, too. The Rooney KO's brutal if you just want a short one.
