    Conversely, Carlos Zarate clearly has a lot of white Euro in him and very little, if any Indian

    my point is, skin color does not mean someone is white in terms of ethnicity. And just because you were born in Spain does not mean you are white.

    Spain is not Puerto Rico or Cuba or Mexico any more than Portugal is Brazil

    You guys have an American-centric view on this matter which is that you equate speaking Spanish with being non-white

    This simply isn't accurate

    White does not mean you exclusively look like Ivan Drago... Colin Farrell is as "non-white" as half of these Spaniards you are attempting to call non-whites and he's fucking Irish

    Latino is not a term that applies to Spain, it is a term that applies to the people to the south whose points of origin are Spain/Portugal/Africa/The Americas... It is a loose term that fails as a racial measuring stick because of the obvious discrepancy between say, Sammy Sosa and some other Dominican who looks like Canelo Alvarez

    Dude just because you are born in Spain does not mean you are white. Look at Bardem's family. Look at this features. His big lips and wide nose. Add to the fact his skin is olive skinned. It's not an american view of anything. I know what the fuck is white and what isnt. Are you under the impression that no hispanics can be born in Spain? I told you that i have a cousin born in Spain. Yet if you didnt know that, you would call her white. Which means your view is limited.

    He doesnt get the concept. Again, i have a cousin white as white can be and his dad is black as Tito. That stuff happens all the time, especially in hispanic countries, because we are ridiculous mixed.

    The same goes for Spain

    If Javier Bardem's name was Frank Richards and he was born in England, we wouldn't even be having this debate even if he looked exactly the same

    Whites come in all different shades... They don't all look like ABBA... Just like some Africans look like Nelson Mandela, others look like Manute Bol and still others look like Dick Tiger... All of them are Black

    The vast majority of Spaniards would be classified as White people

    The fact that there are many people under the "Latino" banner who have nothing but white euro ancestry who deny that fact is not something I can do anything about, but it doesn't make it true

    Census records differentiate between Hispanic of non-white origin (in other words, someone who clearly has a lot more than just White Euro ancestry, if any... Pedro Martinez) and White Hispanic (a person like Andy Garcia) ... This isn't something I made up

    If you take a census or survey in Hispanic country under race they do not even put latino, but 'white, black, indian (as in mayan, etc) and oriental'. YES. there are WHITE Hispanics like Canelo and BLACK Hispanics like Tito Trinidad.
