Apparently, Khan is training for Devon in December, but no deal yet. Khan dismissing Floyd fight in May.

Floyd is enough to sell it on his own.
He is the only superstar in boxing and maybe the last one.

it will do well over 1 million pay per view buys. not quite alvarez type shit, but still the best option financially at this point for mayweather jr/showtime

I'd rather see Khan vs. a prime Ray Leonard

    REED has No Problems w/Floyd-Khan...

Khan's LENGTH & SPEED will Be an Interesting Contrast to What we're Accustomed to Floyd Fighting...Khan has a FIGHTER'S SPIRIT & Floyd will KO him Spectacularly...

Agreed, I've always said that Khan's height/reach and quickness will give Floyd fits early, as Judah's did. This will be an entertaining fight, though once Floyd turns it up Khan is getting annihilated..

.. assuming Khan even gets past Alexander, of course.

Floyd vs Garcia is a better fight.

    I agree with REED here.

At least Khan is going to try to win the fight and go down swinging, unlike Mayweather's last opponent.

    STYLES...

Even Though Garcia Whipped Khan, he DOESN'T Match Up as Well w/Floyd as Khan Does, in REED's Opinion...Tooooo SLOW, Tooooo SHORT, NO Athleticism...

Garcia has a record of making people eat their words in predictions. I think he will put a better effort than Khan, who will be starched early.

For 2 Rounds, Garcia was Being PICKED APART by Khan...Floyd DISSECTS Garcia Even MORE Emphatically, w/Out the GLARING Defensive Holes Khan has...That's a BAD Matchup for Garcia...

Also, Floyd's KO'ed a Total of 2 Guys in 7 Years...The Combination of a Sucker Punch & Victor Ortiz Looking for a Way Out, Resulted in Floyd's Most Recent KO...Granted, Floyd WILL Stop Amir Khan, but Not EARLY...6th Round @ the Absolute Earliest, in REED's Opinion...

I wouldn't argue with this fight had Khan beat Alexander in December. But as of now, it's repugnant.

That is true, but Khan's recent performance have been so-so at best, and while stylistically, he should match up well with Mayweather, I just don't see how he earned such a fight.

Khan has a great chance here. He needs to deploy his archers early to disrupt the............Oh wait is this Amir or Genghis??

I reckon Jemimah Khan would take less of a beating than Amir.

Floyd vs. Garcia would be a horrible fight, but Garcia has earned it more than Khan.

Unless you go by the school of ridiculousness: Fighter A (Alexander) "beat" fighter B (Matty Ice) so fighter C (Khan) goes on to defeat fighter A and therefore is more deserving than fighter D (Garcia; who beat fighter B) of a Mayweather payday.

Floyd versus a guy whose last fight was a near-loss against a shot, 100 year old fringe contender (and that was years ago, itself) and who has been knocked silly by another guy who is still fighting and just won a big fight is simply not a defensible matchup

Mayweather jr seems well respected in england. There are always a lot of brits at his last few fights. A large contingent should show up for a khan fight and the uk ppv dollars will be substantial

Khan struggled to sell tickets for the Julio Diaz fight, but I guarantee people will pay to watch Floyd spark him into next century. I'm not so sure Khan-Alexander would sell too well you know.

Disagree that Danny was being picked apart. At least not in the 2nd and 3rd rounds... He was catching a lot of Khan's right hands on the gloves and he was countering with harder more accurate shots and by the time the big left hook landed, Garcia had adjusted to Khan...

That said, I agree that Danny isn't a great match up with Floyd due to him being at a disadvantage in just about everything.

Not sure Khan will do that good, but he'll at least TRY unlike that fag Canelo.
