Love this new song, didn't know how to feel about James Murphy producing for them but now I'm real excited to hear the new album.

I 'met' james once in the subclub at Glasgow. Well, i did my usual when I meet famous people - nodded with a knowing smile and left him the fuck alone.

haha. This has happened to ME twice in the subclub (well, the first half of it). Gay guys seem to like me. I think I've had maybe 8 aggressive sexual advances in my life and 5 have been from guys ::

That's crazy, man... I had one dude sort of hint at something once and I politely corrected him but other than that, I've never encountered that

A dude like me with a beard, big and mildly heavyset would fall roughly into the category that gays refer to as "Bears", LOL

I didn't know what that meant until this incredibly gay fellow I worked with at my old job said something about gays who go out "bear-hunting"... I said "what is that?" and he said it's when you go to the clubs looking to pick up a bear and when I asked him what a bear is, he started describing burly or semi-burly looking guys and then said "come to think of it, you're sort of Bear-like"::

In fairness, MDMA was involved in most cases with me. I think the last time I was in a booth with my arm around my best mate talking into each others ears and the guy came up and offered to blow us both, just like that. He settled for taking a couple of pills instead. And we did 'take him home' in the end along with a few other people, it was a good night. No homo, like. He was sound as a pound. He was a playwrite who'd just had his first production on off the west end of london. We ended up talking economics while playing football in a children's park at 7am:: I fucking love ecstasy.
