Mythical Matchups is for boxing-related matchups only.

There are a lot of interesting boxing debates within this forum, and we wish to keep it strictly boxing.

If you wish to have matchups such as Jermain Taylor vs. Michael Nunn, then please post them here.

If you wish to have matchups such as Hulk Hogan vs. Van Damme, then please do so in the Talk About Almost Anything forum.

I'd take Van Damme by UD, by the way.....I think Hogan would end up being penalized a couple of points for holding and hitting.....He had a tendancy to use his left hand to hold his opponents head still when he would throw his right hand

Okay LOK...on a trial basis, I'll let you guys make serious mythical matchups with non-boxers.


Example:

Bruce Lee vs. Jackie Chan
Bruce Lee vs. Benny "The Jet" Urquidez (sp?)
Ken Shamrock vs. whoever.


But any of this "so and so vs. a Lion" mess won't fly.

Just don't spam the board with it, as it's MOSTLY for boxing-related matchups.

Your flexibility is noted, unfortunately it leaves a grey area whereby posters and MODs would interpret this rule differently. You can hardly be justified when you therefore admonish any one for posting non-boxing match ups which they genuinely find relevant but which u do not.

Transparency and clarity are the core ingredients that underpin the enforcement of rules and laws.

Because they are missing here, you have made your job more difficult as you would in time be expending unnecessary energy to police this forum.
