Just stated watching it yesterday, half way through it's pretty good

 

How can you do that LOK? Stop a movie and finish it later. It kills the joy of watching it IMO.

 

I do that regularly.. I guess just used to it. I used to always watch straight through but now time is a little limited...

 

I only watch half a movie when it is so-so. If it is a very good movie I need to watch the whole film the same day.

 

so what did you think of Jobs panch?

 

I try to do the same but if it's a week night, get the kids to bed and sometimes don't start a movie until pretty late...I have to split it

 

I have not watched it yet. I just can't picture Ashton Kushner as Steve Jobs.

It got very bad reviews from critics and audience members. I don't think Jobs deserved to have a movie made about his climb to riches. Not the kind of biography that is relevant. Why they don't make a movie about Mother Theresa, a much more deserving public figure with a more interesting life?

 

The movie was pretty good! I think as far as mannerisms etc Ashton did a great job! He even walked just like jobs

 

That's why they made the movie, you don't have to picture it just watch it and believe.

 

I think they picked Kutcher simply because he kind of looks like Jobs. No other reason. As far as deserving, the Facebook dude got a movie, and I'm pretty sure Jobs was more impactful than Zuckerburg. Funny thing is The Social Network was a fucking awesome movie IMO and I know this one won't come close.
