This 12 round beating took years off Rios career.

    Daft?

I have no time to watch useless guys like Rios fight, Pacquiao was/is allegedly on the decline and you'd think the HBO hypejob could do a bit better than 120-108.

Rios should get down to 140 lbs. He has no business in WW anyway. I'm not saying Pac was too big for him, Pac was the smaller man tonight.

They are making it about the trainers at this point. Roach and Garcia and what a dick Ariza is with his dooodahdah at Roach.

Same as usual at 147. He missed a few knockout punches barely.

Pac ain't the same fighter clearly. Him and Provodnolikov would be fun. Rematch with Bradley won't happen and Marquez won't fight him again.

This Top Rank Golden Boy thing is so gay.

He enjoys getting hit. He should have a long, enjoyable career.

It's funny, but going into the fight I wasn't expecting much. But after 2-3 rounds of Rios landing big body shots that apparently bothered Manny, I thought it might get interesting late.

So I was disappointed midway through the bout when Rios went into a defensive shell and stopped throwing rib roasters.

But, like you, it's always fun to watch a great fighter make adjustments on the fly and execute. I don't want every baseball game to involve one pitcher throwing a perfect game, but they are fun to watch when they happen.

Very similar fight to the Margarito one. I figured that might be the case, but that Rios would do a much better job getting on the inside and taking 3 to land one.

Instead it was a virtual carbon copy of the marge fight. Manny peppered him with shots up and down, turned his opponent and just repeated the process. Brandon couldn't do anything other than constantly give an irritating smile every time he got hit. (which was a whole lot)

I was hoping Rios turn it into an entertaining fight even in a losing effort. Instead it was just a boxing lesson.

    PERFECT "Comeback" Fight for Pacquiao...

Had a LIVE (Though LIMITED) Opponent in Front of Him, Got Some ROUNDS In, Got CHIN CHECKED a Handful of Times...B+, A- Level Performance...

Moving Forward, there's a RE w/Bradley Out There, Provodnikov (Which REED Would AVOID, if he were Manny), Marquez Yet Again or Floyd...REED Found it Interesting that HBO Commentators Even ACKNOWLEDGED Floyd's Existence, which Tells REED there's an OUTSIDE Chance that Fight Could B Made...Though OBVIOUSLY On the Terms of Floyd & Showtime, @ this Junture...

Good to See Pac Back in the Swing...He's 1 of Our Sports Most IMPORTANT Figures...
