BTW, if I catch anybody using the phrase. "When did the Hall of Fame, turn into the Hall of Very Good?", I'm gonna hand over the keys to this place to Hanzy.

Face facts. Nobody will take the boxing hall of fame seriously until they induct Stinger Karl Hegman.

De la Hoya? Trinidad? Please. What did they ever accomplish?

Should he go in as a Non-Participant like Sly Stallone or a Participant like Juan Diaz?

I would think they'd induct him in as both.

he'd have to go in thrice when you consider his exploits as an award winning writer, pugilist and promoter. sort of a combo of Ray Robinson, Bud Schulberg and Don King

He's a no brainer based on just the envy and jealousy he triggers in those who never had the guts to get involved with boxing themselves. His actual exploits in the ring and many awards in journalism are just icing on the cake.

I heard Richard Steele is invited to join the party and then he gets thrown out two seconds before the naming becomes official.

There's a number of notables that deserve to be there and aren't, but I think Curry is the biggest. He accomplished more than MANY in the HOF, and in his prime he was better than PLENTY of guys in the HOF.

I would pay $59.99 to see Tom Daley take it up the shitter from Don Curry as Lloyd Honeyghan stands by mocking both of them.

LMAO! I'm no Hamed fan, but shit, he deserves to be in as well. Fucking BUM ASS Arturo Gatti is in the HOF! Hamed was accomplished enough to be in, was one of the lower weights all time great punchers, and is one of the main reasons why midget weight guys started getting paid decent. He deserves to be. Curry was a better fighter than Hamed though.

Curry, DeJesus, Pintor... no love... yet cans like Gatti who came along years later and were 1/16 as good get in

The Boxing Hall Of Fame makes the Baseball Hall Of Fame look logical by comparison

I don't have a problem with any of these guys getting in considering there are numerous lesser fighters than each already in there...

Like Nobe's once said, it's best to enjoy the IBHOF as a museum for the sport and a place to meet many of its participants

Somebody should stand up by the podium and just throw playful jabs at Tito the whole time. He'll never get past them to make it up to the mic.

Well, if all goes well and Holy doesn't find anymore backyards to fight in he should be good to go in 2016.

You might be close on Roy if he continues on this quest to fight in every Eastern European country that will give him a boxing license, that kind of mirrors Hector Camacho's quest to fight in every Native American Indian Casino that would grant him a boxing license. Camacho should finally get in next year.

Well it is a Hall of Fame.

If it was the Hall of Very Good, Curry and those guys would probably be in and Gatti would be out.

Gatti was much more famous than a lot of the so called snubs...I have never even heard of a lot of them.

    SERIOUS Question...

@ What Point Do Ya'll Think the INTERNET's Influence on Boxing will Be Recognized by the Hall of Fame???...Fans are Able to Access Results MUCH Quicker, REED MORE Articles, See MORE Fights, etc...PRIOR to the Internet, REED Could Count the # of INTELLIGENT Boxing Discussions he'd Engaged in On 1 Fucking Hand...

Will Individual SITES Be Inducted???...Youtube DEFINITELY Deserves HOF Induction, Among Others...
