This guy is such a fuck up that it's actually gone from sad to hilarious. Got caught with a DUI. Posted this on his FB: "So we in society can say you can't drink and drive, but you sell a 24 pack and have beer places, gas stations and everywhere else that sell beer yet if get pulled over with 2 beers in ur system ur fucked. Should we not do the same for a 400 pound woman or man that eats cheese burgers or fries and orders a diet coke, and drive, knowing he has high blood pressure and cholesterol."
I hate to say it, but at this point I think he'll be gone within 10 years. He's likely a manic depressive who uses liquor as his medication. Seems like a strong candidate to off himself one day. I hope not. Such a waste. His prime could have lasted longer, and he could have provided us with more action fights.
No he's not...........high cholesterol doesn't cause you to drive into a telephone pole with your ATV. ::
I'm sure you've known a dude or two like him, I certainly have... It's always everything but the booze with these fellows... The only common denominator in every spiraling life event for these people is Alcohol... Yet, they can't face that because the booze is their salvation, it's their escape... It's a sad thing, a thing that will make you feel sorry for a dude one minute and make you feel smashing a bottle over his head the next
You're drivin your ATV near a pole, and in the process have a heart attack because of your high cholesterol, WHAT HAPPENS........ Kelly is right........
Yeah I say we start taking fatties with high cholesteral off the road too. In fact just confine them to house arrest until they're presentable.
:: Kelly just playin' odds. Kelly wishing fatties get pulled over take fatylyzer test on way out of Denny's. Kelly just want even playing field. Kelly no want special treatment. Kelly sad Schlitz get bad rap.
You can drink and drive and only be at risk of a citation for open intoxicants. Even if you are Yesica Bopp, you can have 2 beers in your system and not be over .08 blood alcohol content. The full report is here: http://www.wfmj.com/link/530805/kelly-pavlik-police-report-pdf-file The one thing that isn't clear is whether or not Pavlik was driving on the road with the ATV. Presumably, he was, but if he wasn't, this charge won't be as serious as a typical dui. One thing that is clear, if the cops come knocking, don't start talking.
"Pavlik's Law" - You Must Be 21 or Over AND Provide VALID Identification, to Purchase High Cholesterol Products...
What's up with the jabs at David Tua? What did he ever do to Kelly? But on a serious note I blame the parents, you should not give your son a girl's name and expect him not to have issues. I bet that's why he went into boxing in the first place, to prove his manhood, and when that was over he turned to the bottle do drown his issues. They really fucked him up.
The law on drinking and driving are so absurd it s ridiculous. It should be like in the old time that, when your tipsy, you drive on the right lane slowly with your emergency lights on. I once had a lift by one of my friend who was dead drunk but drove at no more than 30 mph. One of the time I felt the less endangered while being in a car. Let's get something clear, drinking and driving doesn't kill (at least not more than usual if you lower your speed to compensate), speeding does. If you add alcohol to the mix than yes, it's criminal. But because some mothers lost their son and brainwashed the sheep into thinking it was because of alcool, we get those fucking ridiculous law. Listen bitch, your son didn't die because of alcohol, he died because he was a fucking idiot who drove at 100 mph when drunk.
Or they kill somebody else. We don't usually shed too many tears when some asshole kills themselves when drunk, it's usually when they plow into other people. The roadways have become a ton safer since we started to really crack down on drunk driving. The stats don't lie. Remember the good ol' days everybody talks about. The 50's, 60's and 70's. Even though the roadways were less clogged, the per capita traffic fatalities was much higher. The blase attitude of drunk driving at the time, had a lot to do with it.
Yeah, but how much of it has to do with the improved safety of the cars ? Cars nowaday are a ton safer than thyey used to be, wouldn't surprise me at all if the stats is more than made up by this. A more relevant statistics would be to look at the numbers of major car crash per capita. Plus, were people really taught to drive slowly on the right lane with their emergency lights on when drunk ? If 25% of the money spent on anti drink driving campaign were spent on campaing to educated people on the proper procedure to take when drunk and driving, I'd wager that the results would be even better without all the bullshit DUD laws (and yes, this assumption comes straight out of my ass, no scientific value behind it). To be honest, my prevoius comment was kind of tongue in cheek. But I still believe that the message behind it is true. IMO, it is possible to drink and drive safely and it's ridiculous that all drunk drivers are put into the same bag.
It's because it's simpler to implement when you just have a black & white law. When you start to put people in charge of deciding "You're a good drunk driver", and "You're a bad drunk driver", it all tends to get a bit convoluted and leaves the door open to a lot of favoritism and bullshit.
Not really, they would just say that any driver over the 0.08 limit has to drive with their emergency lights on and below the speed limit, if not, then they get a DUI.
Or they should just ban alcohol, even simpler and we get rid of all the alcohol realted problems :bears:
