Watching Ronda is fun. She really takes advantage of the one physical advantage women have over men in their flexibility. Her transitions are crazy because of she can contort her body so easily.

It's just like how women generally make better dancers and cheerleaders.

A guy doing the splits is much, much rarer than a woman doing one.

Speaking of which you'd think women in BJJ would gravitate to Bravo's system since you pretty much have to be in the top 2 percent of flexibility to pull off half the stuff he teaches.
