    Above average based on what? The guy stammers constantly. If his teleprompter is not working and has to speak from his own mind, he sounds like a bumbling buffoon. If his teleprompter is working, but fucks up, he will read it "Go fuck yourself San Diego" style. Many things that he attacked bush for, he not only does, but has enhanced 10x. He doesn't know geography and he uses words without knowing the definition and he plagiarizes speeches.
