I'd agree that most times Obama comes off 'vague' or confused sounding is when he's being dishonest.

I think there was something kinda analogous going on with Bush. It's a little too simplistic to call W stupid - he was pretty subnormal - but i really think he had some major inner conflicts going on, he wasn't emotionally sound and it impaired his thinking

 

I don't really see it. They both seem to be pretty dim bulbs to me.
