Overrated movies

Those scenes were the only redeeming thing about it, but the performances, direction, dialogue were plain atrocious. I should have trust the critics when they called it a turkey. So, I agree with this wannabe critic in his review:

Eastwood plays a corrupt detective investigating a serial killer. Some strong scenes with the lipop hooker.

The movie t see is one that does not need actor land the "STAR" is the creator. Director and the he should win all awards for his work

Is 6.7 out of 10 a good rating? Audience reviews were worst. Critics at that time used to get a hard on very time they watched Eastwood or Tommy Lee Jones, so they were nice with this one.
