How many calories do you consume a day? What's your deficit?

It varies. I'm definitely eating less than I should to maintain my current bodyweight, so I know my weight is dropping. I'm in the mid-170s right now. I don't count calories often because I'm jogging almost daily, and doing additional cardio in the evenings a few nights a week. I imagine the insomnia isn't helping, but there's not much I can do about that.

Day 97: 165lbs. I haven't been this light in over 20 years. I was 165 at age 19. I've cut my bodyfat down to less than 17%, and jogging 8km is pretty easy now. I've gotten used to the daily 8km and I think 155 will be my cut-off point. I can walk around at 155-160 and be totally comfortable.

Soon. I'm at 175lbs right now. Gotta get below 170 for it to be truly visible.

    163. That's 60lbs down from what I was, and I can't see myself going any lower than 155. An 8km run takes me down to 158, but it's temporary.

    How soon?

  8. Buddy - be careful. At your age, all the weight-loss can make you look dramatically older.
And this won't go down well coupled with your...'looks'.

Dark Mucus' concern over my looks is quite revelatory.
