Lampley cried the entire 12 round about low blows and holding when Vasyl was holding serially all fight. Then at the very end tries his damnedest to discredit the victory due to Salido not making weight.

 

Lomachenko got robbed. Fucking Salido is a cheating bum ass scrub.

That was quite a learning experience for him, I think he'll grow as a fighter. I'm not ready to write this guy off. Salido is far from a scrub.

 

In the beginning, Lampley was the voice of reason. Kellerman and RJJ both thought that Lomachenko was going to steamroll Salido early. Lampley seemed like he wasn't buying it. Mentioned that Salido does well against southpaws, has scored many upsets, etc.

 

Mikey Garcia disposed of Salido. Don't think much of Lomachenko at all.

 

lomachenko may as well be bleck. tejas aint down with that communist.

 

I'm not "writing him off" but he's going to have to make big adjustments. It's just been proven he can't simply out talent people.

At the end of the day, Salido felt he needed to cheat to beat a guy with a 1-0 record. He tried to cheat until the end of the 12th round. A bit pathetic for a guy with that much experience.

I don't like Vera but I still like him more than Chavez Jr. Hopefully he beats him officially this time.

Very few exchanges. Basically both guys just taking turns. I think Junior is doing the better work but more crowd noise when Vera lands.

I agree with this. He did better than I expected.

I actually half expected him to get stopped, fighting a world class pressure fighter in your second pro fight is just insane. And yet it was Chenko who finished stronger and was slapping him about.

 

You realise it's his second pro fight right? You think Garcia would have demolished Salido in his second pro fight too?
