Yep, it is pathetic. Weight cheating a guy with 1 pro fight

    No he doesn't.

I don't think it matters. When you put a guy on the world class stage he's basically out there to be judged at that level. What happens next then? Lomachenko takes 4 years to build up a resume before coming back? Garcia is younger than Lomachenko on top of it.

Vera is in serious danger right now. Taking a bit too much punishment and looked in bad sorts at the end of that round.

I love the way Jr wades in then varies his movement to throw off the other guy's timing...make him waste energy completely whiffing on potshots.

    Agreed.

Fair enough, and it's obvious he is not ready for elite level yet, being he only has 2 pro fights

A bit like it was obvious The Jackal needed more seasoning after the Cordoba fight, and is now one of the best fighters in the world.

Chenko doesn't need 4 years, he just needs a normal fast track to the top - not fighting someone as tough, aggressive, and typically pro as Salido in his second fight.

Chavez will be a tough one for ggg.

The Ali special. Forearm behind the neck.

He did it a couple of times but I think the point deduction was unwarranted.

Chavez Jr is the perfect fight for GGG. A breath of fresh air from the frauds GGG has been fighting thus far.

Chavez Jr may be outclassed athletically but he damn sure isn't going down from a jab.

I doubt it. GGG can shorten his punches pretty well so he won't be bothered by the way Chavez is able to wade inside. I think the biggest danger is Golovkin getting cut.

Yep. Perfect fight for him. What I like about Chavez is he doesn't give a damn. He's not going to run into the ropes and go into a standing fetal position like the best guy GGG has fought so far. If he's a fraud he will be tested. Skills don't mean everything in prizefighting.

Vera showed a lot of heart. He was out on his feet for a second but came back throwing.

Vera's chin is insanity. Although I do think Chavez let him off the hook a bit, but they always say a hurt man is a dangerous man.

Vera being a punk in the post-fight. Shocker.

I only saw an interview with Junior, what did Vera say?

Chavez Jr was the same fighter he was last time, hurt his hand in the 4th round, got away from his jab but doesn't want to make excuses. You know, typical trash from a guy who refuses to give his opponent credit.

Any time you hear "no excuses" best be sure there will be some.

golovkin would have to go up to 168 lbs, chavez jr would weigh in at 173 and golovkin would still break his fucking neck and then climax in your ninas mouth

Chumpez Junior is just a horrible fighter.

I pray GGG-Chumpez gets made. GGG will beat him so bad that Senior will have a stroke watching on.
