    just watched this 1994 film by Ron Howard. I have never seen it before. This is an excellent movie. Definately one of my favorite Ron Howard Films. Check it out. 7.5 out of 10.

    Hate his films... Hate them... He's positively mawkish... I find him unbearable... All of the above films feature mostly good actors and even good performances, but they are all undermined by his maudlin, cliched sentimentality

    One my favorite Ron Howard films is one of his first starring roles: EAT MY DUST about this young guy who will do anything to get the favor of the girl of his dreams who in turn will do anything to be in a stolen racing car going cross country at 100 miles per hour. Of course the kid steals the car, get her in the passenger seat and with the cops chasing them is a fun thrill ride (1976 Roger Corman standards, mind you).
