collazo is up and down. he laid an egg against mosley and freddy hernandez. he's not a big puncher either. nonetheless a credible foe so if khan wins impressively he can legitimize himself as a september foe

Collazo could be dangerous for Khan. If Collazo can catch him, this could be very interesting.

I never saw his fight with Hernandez. But not to state the obvious, but I'll state the obvious, trash-Khan isn't in the same universe as Shane. Mosley was well past his prime when he beat Collazo, but he wasn't yet washed up. He still had a bit left in the tank then.

Collazo is a good sized welter & though he isn't a big puncher, he hits more than hard enough to hurt Khan. He's a solid fighter and a southpaw, he has a good shot of being the spoiler here.

I'm a Khan fan but this is a really stupid fight to take when the Floyd fight is seemingly within reach. Collazo is a very live opponent.

Considering how many tickets Froch-Groves sold somebody should be trying to build up Khan-Brook

Brook needs to stop fighting all these "title eliminators" against random Lithuanians and win a title before he can ask for a Khan fight. At least the gingerbread kid was trying to step up at every opportunity.

Brook definitely needs some promotion/air time before it makes sense but if they built both guys up to it for next summer it'd be pretty big
