Out of control at times is the best way to describe Bev, definitely not a dirty player. Even Popovich said he wasn't a dirty player, that's not even his coach. You won't see him make any "dirty" plays, out of control plays, yes. He just has an incredible motor. I've seen Westbrook make some 100% dirty plays, one was on Lebron going in for a layup. Lebron just got up and walked away. Flagrant 2 was called. I've seen the exact same situation with Westbrook getting foul/blocked while going in vs Battier and Wade, he made a big stink about that too and wanted to fight etc... And yes, he did the same EXACT play Bev did to him on Lin when he was calling a timeout, earlier that season. This is why I can't stand the dude.
Beverly is a dirty player Tex. The kid got heart and defends like few in the league, but he's a dirty SOB. To me that's not a bad thing, he does what he can to win and to survive. He's the kind of player everybody would love to have in their team.
