    Wrong. I never said NCFOM wasn't a quality movie. I simply said I didn't think it was the masterpiece some hype it as.

    Bardem's performance was epic. The movie itself wasn't.

    I don't think it should have won Best Picture. I feel There Will Be Blood was a better movie.

    Josh Brolin, TLJ, Harrelson and the Irish lass were all very good in NCFOM. Bardem's performance was great but it's not what makes the movie, where as in Blood I think the main performance is what carries it.

    exactly... Bardem was awesome, but the whole cast was great, the story was great, the direction was great... it was not in any way carried by Bardem

    TWBB was all Day-Lewis... without him, it's a bore

    sometimes he is good sometimes he isnt when it comes to comedy. But his acting chops are pretty good.
