A real bore as both would struggle to land clean hard shots. Ali because of the height/reach difference and no body punching. Klitschko because of the speed difference and footwork. Vitali's jab isn't good enough and I think that's the key.

Ali's speed is the difference but it's a weird fight for long stretches as Ali copes with Vitali's height and he in turn copes with Ali's exceptional speed

Horrible fight. Ali's speed would win it in the end but it wouldn't be easy and it wouldn't be pretty.

Klitschko in 1998 dealt with very fast fighter and moved great.

You're full of shit, and don't actually follow the game. If you follow the game you would know that the guy in his youth was one of the better movers the game has seen.

Ali beats him because he does better when doing well than Klitschko does when his turn comes.

Hut and Slice are correct. It's a stinker and Ali wins but not comfortably.

I don't know if Vitali's face holds up in this one. I could see him Ali slicing him to ribbons. If his face holds up, then Ali wins a comfy decision. Perhaps not a shut out, but by a commanding margin.

I'm getting "I don't follow the game" from a guy who started watching boxing in 2000 and nuthugs white fighters. Who the fuck are you talking about that Klitschko fought in 1998 (before you ever started following boxing) that was comparable to Ali? Klitschko quit against Chris fucking Byrd, GTFO. Ali was bigger, quicker and hit a lot harder than Byrd. That oaf would dislocate both shoulders trying to catch him, assuming his eyes didn't get cut to ribbons by the incoming first.

cuts are definitely a concern as Vitali does have vulnerability there and Ali cut an awful lot of guys

If Vitali was fighting in Ali's era he could have made bantam.

No. I started following the game in 1997, and watched the sport as much as possible from early childhood. Who did I say Klitschko fought that was comparable to Ali, and, in any event, which version of Ali is this.......Ali had a fraction of reach, height, power and strength of Lennox Lewis.

Nobody, ever, is comparable to Ali. By that same token, Ali is NOT Lennox Lewis, good or bad.

You're a moron. REED what is written, not what you THINK is written.

If Chuvalo and Henry Cooper can catch Ali, and if older Ali goes to the ropes like he used to, then Vitali is catching him.

    12-0 , what a fucking fashtooq.

Only Lewis really cut him. And Lewis had the height, reach and weight to lean in and do the job. Ali doesn't. People equate the handspeed into cuts. False analysis.

Again,. for me, Ali wins, but people are branching out in to Sugarnomics here. Klitschko loses ONE fight on two weeks notice against a guy with tools that Ali, frankly, lacks, and people draw identical conclusions for fighters with very different physical makeups.

Ali might cut him. But Ali doesn't have the mass to work Vitali over in the clinches or tire him out. Ali liked to go the ropes. There he gets hit. And its not like Klitschko can't move a bit himself to avoid incoming. Ali doesn't have the sheer rawboned mass of Lewis nor are his hands anywhere near as heavy.

Henry Cooper caught Ali while he was chatting with Grace Kelly in the audience, then got stopped and got stopped again afterward. Making a big deal out of the Cooper incident is dumb. And we're talking a prime Ali, not the 70s version - the Ali who fought Williams is so much faster than Vitali it isn't even funny, Vitali has no chance at ALL. A "fraction of reach, height, power and strength of Lennox?" A "fraction" is being creative here, but yes, Lennox had height/reach/power on him. Except Lennox was a fraction as quick as Ali, and had a fraction of the chin. Vitali DID catch Lennox repeatedly & still couldn't KO him, instead getting his eye turned to hamburger & losing to a fat old man with one foot in retirement. Ali blanks the homoerotic posing oaf. If Vitali takes even 1 round off of him, it would then rival losing to Lennox Lewis as the biggest achievement of his mediocre "I was big in Germany" career.

I don't know what a fashtook is, I'm assuming it's some word you heard from a movie or read in a shitty novel and thought was cool.

Fashtooq is an Anglicization of the Hindu word for asshole. You aren't black, you're just a dusty central asian, live with it.

there's a difference between "I is been to school for longer" (a pro hominem and/or appeal to authority) and "what you just said was a factually incorrect thing that added to the mountain of evidence conclusively demonstrating what an ignorant tool you are"

also, lol@you claiming i was bullied by whitey. i doubt there's a single person here who would deny you come off as having a huge hard-on for minorities, almost as though you were, well, bullied by brown people in school.
