Let's say this fight DOES happen. Who do you think wins? I think Floyd would figure Khan out in two rounds and counter him all night long. Other than speed, Khan has nothing with which to trouble Floyd. Floyd has better footwork, defense, ring IQ, and a better chin.

Maidana is better, Khan is worse. No one is saying Maidana is now the second coming of Duran, he is just a little bit more seasoned in there and less basic. Khan is worse than before, as basic as ever, and more fragile than ever, and perhaps not quite as fast. Maidana would stop Khan if they fought today.

That really isn't the case, Khan has absolutely nothing to do with it. It's something that's pretty evident in Maidana since looking super scrubby against Alexander, then teaming up with Garcia. He's simply looked a bit better and more polished in each fight. Again, liking or disliking Khan has nothing to do with it, it's possible to judge Maidana without thinking about Khan. When I noticed Maidana looking better, my thought process wasn't "God I hate Khan, Maidana is definitely better now!" ::
