Marcos Maidana vs. Provo

This would be a very action-packed fight IMO, who would win in five months at welter?

In addition, how would a 140 lb. fight go down?

 

My opinion hasn't changed. Provo. I still think he has bigger power, and takes a better punch.

Both of them would hammer Bum Bum Rios.

He was at 135. I maintain that. Since moving up though, not so much.

In his own bizarre, crude way, Maidana is a half decent pressure fighter, evidently.

But Nikov is more violent and seemingly tougher, he'd probably win.

 

I dunno, I think this is tough to call a winner. You can make a case for both guys winning.

 

All I know is that the Russkie, while short on aesthetic replay value, is completely exciting the first time around with his horrible flat face and his uniquely Russian lack of value for human life
