in the interstellar teaser trailer thread me and other two posters were debating about the latest trailer which to me looked like a long teaser trailer, but I'll concede to the guys it is a regular trailer...a disappointing one...but that made me think about which movie teaser trailers have been so awesome that makes you stomp the floor with excitement and anticipation. To me the first one that always comes to mind is the second teaser or first trailer for Superman: The Movie (the first teaser had no actual film footage just the actors names against a clouds stock footage...it served more as a announcement that this film was going into production). I was in a movie theater on March of 1978 watching Brian DePalma's The Fury when the trailer below was shown. From mine and the rest of the audience reaction watching it I can tell you it blew our minds. I stayed after the movie was over for the next showing just to watch the trailer again. Christmas seemed such a long time for the movie to be released. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/0c6ep82dYOY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Wow, we could have done without the "Silence Of The Lambs" Buffalo Bill prequel footage attached. :nono: ::
