NO......but he has made dumb decision with who he fights...but I think right now...he is THE MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMPION....I bet money that MAYWEATHER wants that title....so the world is COTTO's right now....

    Maywether or Canelo....

I know Mayweather want to add the MIDDLEWEIGHT championship to his resume.....not just a title...but THE LINEAR...

Isn't cotto with top rank now anyway, so Floyd won't fight him? Maybe Manny could fight him again or Canelo, but GGG deserves it.

Cotto is a free agent and can beat alvarez. Then he can fight mayweather. An older version. Even if he splits those two fights he walks away with 40 + mill

Lara will fuck up that plan tho

I don't think Cotto fights GGG. He'll either fight Alvarez or Mayweather Jr.

He is no longer a free agent: he signed a contract with Top Rank.

What had cotto accomplished at 160 to get a fight with Martinez? GGG is the. number 1 contender at 160.

Triple G is too big and punches too hard at 160 for Cotto.

I think Cotto will likely face the winner of Canelo-Lara, especially if Canelo is the winner.

GGG isn't a big middleweight, but he's very heavy handed at the weight. He'd time and hurt Cotto often. Would be a very fun fight whilst it lasted.

You know what....fuck GGG...fucker hasn't fought anyone worth a damn...HBO hype machine at their best....if it wasn't for the fact that he has nothing to gain from defeating him...Cotto would fight and dominate him...but if it doesn't make $$$ it doesn't make sense......it's going to be CANELO, MAYWEATHER or PACQUIAO(Roach can go back to his dirty filipinio rat boy)...

He'll make a lot more money against Canelo. That's who he'll be fighting.

If Mayweather is every deemed the "World Middleweight Champ" by beating Cotto then we might as well pack it in.

Yeah, Cotto Doesn't Owe GGG Shit...Hell, in just 1 Fight, Cotto's Beaten a BETTER Middleweight than ANYBODY GGG's Faced...

Last Night was an "Icing on the Cake" Type of Win...Cotto is a VETERAN in the Game, On the BACKSIDE of his Career & Can Get 2-3 More HUGE Paydays Before Calling it Quits...

Cotto needs to give up that 160 belt and go back down to 154 and fight canelo and then mayweather and then call it a night.
