This is kind of starting to look like the Heat / Pacers series, but the Heat are the Pacers this time.

Their PG play is just horrid. If Lebron had somebody to distribute like a Stockton, Nash, Jason Kidd, Chris Paul, etc... I'd shudder to think how dominating he could be, running plays for him, not worrying about having to handle the ball way more then he has any business doing.

REED with the "luck" thing again.

Thats basketball, every single shot, every single pass has an element of luck, for Lebron or Danny Green or any body.

Give the Spurs some credit, geeez.

Fantastic performance from Kawhi, not just the shooting, but his defence was second to none. Effort after effort, guarding the best player on the planet.

Lebron still got his, but had to work harder than I think Ive ever seen.

What the hell happened to Bosh? 4 shots? If hes not getting the open jumpers, he has to get into the paint. He was a liability on defence, fat ass Diaw was bullying him in the post.

He's just in a better system. Diaw is perfect for the Spurs because he fits right into that Euro style they play. Diaw is a lazy player who can't even stay in shape half the time. He's skilled as heck though.

Of course the Spurs will not shoot like they did in the first quarter again, but the fact that they did that shit to the best D in the league on the road is a little bit scary.

As Much as it PAINS REED to Do it, he's Gotta Give Danny Green PROPS for Lifting his Leg & PISSING on DWade Like a Fire Hydrant, Early in Game 3...

He Straight Up RIPPED Wade 2wice, Got a Dunk Off of 1 & an Assist to Leonard Off the Other...Those Plays OPENED the Floodgates...

If You just Look @ the Box Score, Wade's #'s Look Pretty Good, but he was VERY Shitty in the 1st Half, Last Night...If Green Continues to OUTPLAY Wade, the Heat have NO Chance...

Wade looked uninterested and acted nonchalant at the post game presser. It's like he's had enough rings and doesn't seems to care anymore. His knees are ok this time, so he got no excuses.

It just looks to me like the Heat are lacking in depth. The most reliable players so far are Lebron, Wade, Bosh, Lewis, and Allen. Norris Cole is improving. But all of Chalmers, Battier, Birdman, and Haslem are all dead weight.

The Spurs shot well, but the Heat's overall efficiency on offense has just been AWFUL for most of this series thus far. The first half, it was basically the Spurs vs Lebron James. Had it not been for him, this wouldn't have even been a game, honestly.

The difference thus far is the San Antonio depth. They just have more weapons to go to. For Miami to win, Lebron MUST absolutely play LIGHTS OUT or its just not going to happen for them over the the course of this series. Now if somebody else steps up and puts up big numbers, then that changes things up immensely. But at this point in Wade's career, he's not gonna take too much weight off Lebron's shoulders, and Bosh staying out on the perimeter all day prevents him from getting some of those easy buckets that take the pressure off your offense.

It's definitely not lack of depth. The problem is that Miami's whole offensive structure is designed around Lebron James. So when you take him out of the equation, their whole team collapses. That's what happens when you turn a well rounded star player into a spot up shooter (Bosh) in order to make things work for James.

diaw is better than bosh right now. bosh has a better outside shot, but other than that when i look at each of their games objectively i dont see what he does better. maybe shot blocking? diaw is a better passer, better rebounder, better post player offensively, more versatile and mobile defensively, better ball handler.

starting diaw opened things up offensively for the spurs and contributed to their great first half

    is it a coincidence that diaw's +/- is +45 for the series while bosh's is -42 ?

I'm pretty sure if Bosh had been in SA for the past 3 seasons and Diaw in Miami, the Spurs would be the ones looking to 3 peat.

He was killer in Phoenix then he regressed when traded to the Bobcats, but Pop found a way to maximize his talents and incorporate his skills into the offensive scheme. I would bet my left nut that he could've done the same with Bosh and win it all.

So let me get this straight. Popovich isn't much of a trainer. He isn't able to get the best guys to his team and when the game gets tough he quits by benching the few good players he has. He simply has been lucky in that those poor players play better than they have before when they come to his team. The lucky bastard's team also gets more free shots than their opponents because luckily enough the other team doesn't have the motivation to defend properly. Eventually however they will run out of this luck, stop getting to the finals and we see them as what they really are?

Nope, they were LUCKY to Make 19 of their First 21 Shots Last Night & OVER 75% of their Shots in the 1st Half...That's UNfuckingPRECEDENTED...

Sooooo Much Soooo, Even Poppovich Himself Said they Would "Never Shoot that Well Again in a Half EVER", After the Game...

If You'd Actually Been Watching Basketball for MORE than 5 Minutes, You'd Realize just How ABSURD 19-21 & 75.8% REALLY Is...You Could Put a Team in a Gym BY THEMSELVES, w/No Opposing Defense, & They WOULDN'T Make 19 of their 1st 21 Shots, Dude...

In Boxing Terms, 19-21 Shooting is like a Fighter KO'ing Guys w/the Very 1st Punch he Throws, in 19 of 21 Bouts...

I know 19 of 21 is exceptional. I just don't think luck explains ALL of it, since SA has come this far and since they have done well in other games too. I know I don't know shit about basketball and if my favorite team were losing I might be saying the same thing.

I'd like to see Heat win BTW. Mainly to shut up some of the ridiculous criticism Lebron has gotten

19-21 is awesome but they were getting a lot of runouts, easy layups and uncontested jumpshots because of their ball movement and poor heat defense

No, What's Ridiculous is ACTING as if the Spurs (or Any Other Team for that Matter) are Just THAT Fucking Good...

FACT Is, they've NEVER Approached that Level Before (NO Team Has in NBA Finals HISTORY) & Will NEVER Approach that Level Again, by their Own Coaches ADMISSION...
