I think it would be fookin great if LeBron just left Miami with nothing and go to the real LA team in the Clippers

why wouldnt james want to go to teams like houston or the clippers who give him the best chance to win and can pay him the max?

Because he'd Be Jumping Headfirst Right Back Into the Firestorm of CRITICISM he Received for Orchestrating the Move to Miami, 4 Years Ago...Only This Time, he'd Be Joining Arguably THE Deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepest Squad in the League, a Squad that's ALREADY a Championship Contender w/Out Him...

Bron's a SENSITIVE Ass Dude...Criticism BOTHERS Him...If he Stays @ Miami or Returns to Cleveland, there'll Be NO Backlash @ All...But if he Goes to 1 of the Deeeeeeeeeeeeper Teams in the League, he's REOPENING that Same Can of Worms that Lead to His Feelings Being HURT, 4 Years Ago...

if he gets paid the max and goes to a team that can win rings the next 5 years who gives a fuck about all that backlash? i dont see it. i think he will go to whatever team is able to pay him big money that gives him the best shot at winning more rings.

not that it matters, but what evidence was there that james feelings were hurt 4 years ago when he signed with miami?

Bron's Aiming to Be THE Best Ever...He's NOT just Some Guy Out to Win Championships, Piggybacking Off of ALREADY Elite Level Squads; THE WAY Bron Acquires them is Equally as Important...

If You Saw his NBATV Interview w/Steve Smith, Bron Alludes to his Mental State After "The Decision", the Backlash, his Response to It, etc...

I think Paul and Lebron on the same team would be deadly. Paul is not a ball-hog PG, distributes the ball well and is efficient.

Lebron needs to cut back on the wear and tear and handle the ball less, IMO. He's not a hog himself, is fairly generous to team-mates, but he's not exactly a wizard with the dribbling skills.

Let Blake play a high profile 3rd banana. I wouldn't be surprised if Paul sat back and tried to rack up 15 assists a game, dishing it to Lebron and Blake at will.

Clippers would be stacked like the Lakers of 80's.

never saw that interview. i guess shit like that just doesnt matter to me. james can fit in with any team basketball wise and the clippers are immediately a bigtime favorite to win multiple championships if he went there. the clippers would be foolish to not go after him, even at the expense of dealing jordan. if james goes to the clippers and wins 5 more rings i think his legacy is safe. youre over thinking it. the guy wants to win and to do so he needs to play with good players.

Thing is, I think Melo really wants to come to the Heat, and play with the Big 3 and make it a Big 4. And down here in south Florida, that's what people want and believe is the answer to the Heat's problems.

I personally don't think it will happen unless some major pay cuts are taken but D-Wade is not taking a pay cut knowing that he can play like crap all year and still start while pocketing 20 million. And in his mind, "Why should he?" He'd probably point to Kobe making 25 million this year and he hasn't played a full season of basketball since 2012.

Bosh won't leave because he's clearly happy being the 3rd wheel there, but Miami has serious issues on the bench. They just lack depth and quality in those positions. And if Melo were to come, that would eliminate any chance of getting some good quality role players to help shore up the bench and in a long playoff series, it makes a difference between winning and losing.

The Heat don't need Canelo Anthony they need an Asik who apparently only costs $5 million against the cap next season

Boom! I completely agree. The only reason I could fathom Bron taking less is because his legacy. And his legacy looks really bad if he joins the Spurs or Clippers. All of a sudden that Mount Rushmore talk would easily exclude LBJ if he made those type of moves. At the same time I hope he's expecting to just reup with a new high salary. I agree with Kobe Bryant that it shouldn't be a superstar's responsibility to take less money for a franchise.

The Spurs thing was clearly a joke...I hope.

Clippers would have to make a few moves to be able to afford Lebron, so it will be interesting to see what happens.

If Miami use their draft pick this year it would be a sign they dont expect Lebron to come back imo.

In draft news word is Jabari Parker had a shit workout for the Cavs. He came in over weight at 255 pounds :twitch: and was nonchalant about the whole workout. Word is he doesn't want to go to Cleveland so now their front office is mixed on whether they want him or not but still leaning towards him. Meanwhile Wiggins had an outstanding workout for both Cleveland and Milwaukee and he wants to play for Cleveland. Milwaukee plans to take either Parker or Wiggins, whichever guy Cleveland doesn't pick.

Yeah I know it was a joke but some people on here I think suggested that he should consider going there.

Just Saw that on the Internet...Rumors are, he SABOTAGED his Workout, Because he Prefers the Bucks...

    http://www.cbssports.com/nba/eye-on...-prefers-bucks-might-have-tanked-cavs-workout

Not Sure Why, Because Cleveland's a TALENTED Young Team that Could Make the Playoffs as Early as Next Season w/Parker, UNLIKE the Fucking WASTELAND that Is Milwaukee...

Looks to REED like Parker's MORE Concerned w/his Scoring Average & Playing CLOSER to his Home of Chi-Town, Both DUMB Ass Reasons to Fuck Off a Chance of Being THE # 1 Pick in the Draft & Joining a Potential PLAYOFF Squad...

    But Whatever...

Dude STRUGGLED w/his Weight in High School, So Hearing he's GAINED Weight During THE Most IMPORTANT Phase of his Basketball Life, is Pretty Disturbing...

Hopefully Jabari Really WAS Tanking @ the Cavs Workout...

i dont get the legacy thing. if james finishes with 5, 6, or 7 rings, and the same amount of MVP awards how can his legacy be anything other than as one of the gratist of are times?

    In Other Pre-Draft News...

Dante Exum Disappointed GM's w/his REFUSAL to Work Out w/or Against Other TOP Names in the Draft, for Private Workouts...

Conversely, Marcus Smart has WELCOMED the Challenge of Working Out w/or Against WHOMEVER...In Fact, there was an Opportunity for Smart & Exum to Workout Together for the Sixers, this Past Sunday, but Exum Declined...

Smart IMPRESSED @ a Session w/the Boston Celtics, who Also Had Nik Stauskas, Gary Harris, Zach Levine & Others in Attendance....He Made Enough of an IMPRESSON on the Lakers to Warrant a Followup Session...Basically, By All Accounts, Dude HASN'T Had a Single Subpar Workout...

Having Said That, Smart DID Refuse to Work Out for the Utah Jazz, who Claim to NOT Be Deterred...Smart & Trey Burke Would Be an EXCELLENT Young Backcourt to Build Around, If a Brother from SOUF' Dallas Could Reside in Utah...

Here's Some Workout Footage of Smart...

i was watching some draft show and they were saying he's actually 6'2. not a big deal if he can play the point but that is very undersized for the 2 in this day & age.

He's a THICKLY Built Dude (1 Scouting Report Called Smart "Chris Paul on STEROIDS"), Which Makes him Look Shorter from a Distance or On T.V...But Having Stood Next to Smart a Time or 3, he's a LEGIT 6'3-6'3 1/2, Minimum...

Regardless, @ that Height, Dude HAS to Play PG...He'd Have to Score like Iverson to Make That Otherwise, Which AIN'T Happening...

Apparently Shabazz is moving up in the draft, with the HEAT possibly trying to move up to take him, at the behest of Lebron. Meanwhile Chalmers and Cole lock themselves in a cubbard together, drink latte's, swap stories to each other about their heated rivalry with the Bucks, and exchange ideas on how to get Lebron to ask them to do a press conference with him.
