    Machida-Weidman is one of the most interesting match-ups in MMA in my opinion.

    And I just bet a few dollars on Alexis Davis. She's tough and well-rounded. I think Ronda's strength/explosiveness will give her the edge, but I couldn't pass up the odds.

    Poor Bruce Leroy. I know he's put together a few wins but he doesn't belong in the same cage with Faber.

    Oh, and I love the embedded series.

    It's a damn tough call. I'm gonna pick Weidman but it's with minimal confidence.

    i think he'll be athletic enough to close distance and cut-off the cage on Machida. Oddly I like Weidman to land a KO counter shot.

    I will call it right now tho. Ronda will get beat by a standup fighter. Ronda thinks she has the best striking in MMA and she gets hit too cleanly. Someone with power will knock her out.

    Machida's TDD is so good. That sumo wrestling really helps him. But Chris cuts off the ring like crazy. So much pressure. First round goes to Chris.

    Weidman dominated the third round. Wobbled machida several times and took him down three times. Machida's face is bloody mess.

    Machida landed some great shots this round and stunned Weidman. Weidman's chin looks swollen.

    Great 5th round. Machida landed some good shots, but Weidman landed more and harder ones. Wobbled Machida once and took him down for some ok GNP.

    First time weidman has been past the 2nd round.

    4-1 Weidman to retain the title.
