with bosh as the main guy in MIA i see them missing the playoffs or at best getting a 7/8 seed. in houston he would average 14 and 7 at best. parsons would be more valuable. wade in chicago is interesting.
Really???... The WAY he Left Cleveland???...The Way he MANUFACTURED a 3-Headed Monster in Miami???...Ask Haymaker What Else People Have AGAINST Bron???:scared:... 2-3 Years Ago, Bron was THE Most HATED Athlete in Sports & it Had NATHAN to Do w/his 4th Quarter Failures, Bro... REED:kidcool:
under todays rules there would be no stopping a young jordan. no hand checking, no violent fouls in the lane. he'd get to the rim at will and average 35+ per game minimum.
And? Jordan didn't do that shit, so of course nobody hated him. :: I heard he's one of the biggest assholes to walk the planet, though. Horrible stories... And his SUITS!!! alm:
If Jordan were playing today Thibs would give him 48 minutes a game in an attempt to run Jordan to the ground
Not sure if I'd agree with that completely. Recent Cleveland sports history perhaps. The championship Jim Brown led the Brown's to in 1964 should get the top spot. Conversely, the worst day in Cleveland sports history wasn't "The Decision." It was when Jim Brown retired at age 29 after 8 rushing titles in 9 years, the all-time leading rusher and rushing TD's in NFL history, 4 MVP's, all-pro all 9 years of his career...all because Art Modell was an ass.
I have no clue about Basketball and I don't understand this post. It seems you know more than me but I think the Jordan Bulls would shit on the Heats chest.
An old ass Jordan played with the new rules on the Wizard and had multiple 40 pts games. A prime MJ would murder the league with the new rules.
That's like Montell Griffin asking RJJ to FINISH THIS!!! after he just got KOed in one round. This story is not so bad.
Don't listen to the "Bosh may stay in Miami" B.S. trust me, Bosh will be a Rocket. he's not even considering Miami. Media is stupid. :notallthere:
Come on REED. You know social media didn't exist then. Not close to a fair comparison. That's like saying Michael Jackson or Madonna didn't have to deal with the scrutiny One Direction does. :nono: Secondly, isn't it fair to say that the Eastern Conference in Jordan's day was a SMIDGEON better than what it is today? Clearly Lebron has had an easier road to the Finals than Jordan. The late 80's early 90's Pistons are an all-time great team. Are the Pacers? That's as tough as it gets for Lebron. If he accomplished the same out West it's a different story. For kicks I took a look at the 2007 standings and found the Eastern Conference had 2 teams that won 50 games...one was Detroit, the other was Cleveland. Put those teams in the West and they're the 6th and 7th seed. The team lebron took to the finals might have been inferior but so was the conference just as it is today. Also, he left Cleveland "needing more help" on teams that won 66 & 61 games in consecutive years.
He was pretty much taking all the shots in that team though, and it was over a decade ago. I already said Jordan would IMO be a dominant player right now as well. I just find it odd that even though the athletes are getting bigger, stronger and faster, the teams in the minds of many, become worse and worse, compared to the 90s. And I repeat once again, I don't know that much about this subject so I could be way off with all of this. I have just read books and articles of coaches who have said that the TACTICAL SIDE of basketball has developed dramatically in the past few decades. This has happened with hockey and football (soccer)
bosh dont give a shit about winning he wants the cash :: rockets should go after gasol on a 3 year deal
Just heard, Bosh was on board, all was good, he spoke to McHale on the phone, I have no idea what was said, minutes later Bosh commits to Miami. WOW.
Bet is still on. I sure could use that extra 100 next spring. Not a huge deal though. It's not like the Rockets missing out on a franchise player like Lebron or Melo. Chris Bosh isn't even a top 5 PF. He's an all star bench caliber player. That's it. Lebron and Wade enhanced this homo's legacy.
Exactly. Wtf is this Bosh hype for? If it was Blake Griffin, okay, I could understand Houston being crushed. Dont be crushed over Bosh. Bosh ain't shit.
SOMETHING went wrong in their conversation, Bosh was going to sign a 4 year deal, opt out in 3 and basically do it again, all was in agreement, Bosh didn't care about the extra money at that point because the money would've been about the same, especially with the new CBA. I really want to know what was said, but we will probably never know :scratcher:
Rockets aren't going to the finals unless Orlando version of Dwight returns. Harden is a fraud. Well, he's a quality player, but as a first option in the playoffs he's a fraud.
Interesting...I hadn't seen this before. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/RJUbJqgHthw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
They should also point out that Larry Bird often used the lay-up move, stolen by Oscar Robertson. Also, Oscar Wilde stole several words that Shakespeare had used years before him
