Kell Brook resembles a cross between Naz Hamed and Chico Corrales.

Porter is a glorified sparring partner who has string a win or two together recently....Brook?? Seen a few of his fights on utube...NOT impress don't get the hype some use to throw his way a while back.

Gotta love Bailey ' s little back - handed jab he throws to set up his unearthly right hand.

Wow. I was looking over Brook ' s record because I've never seen him fight. Is it me or has this guy not fought anyone?

Only guy with a pulse who he's fought is Senchenko. But then again, Senchecko got stopped by fuckin PAULIE for Christ sake! His claim to fame was knocking out the corpse that used to be Ricky Hatton.

Porter is a solid favorite here, and I think he's gonna beat Brook down.

But my HOPE is that Brook brings something to the table that makes this a back and forth fight.

    It breaks down like this...

    Brits favor Brook
    Yanks favor Porter

Neither give a shit about either guy.

I'm not a fan of either guy, but it's a good matchup.

Much more interesting than watching Danny Garcia and Lamont Peterson beat up bums.

Two great fighters don't have to be fighting each other in order for it to be a compelling matchup.

And I don't favor Porter because he's a Yank. I favor him because he's more proven. Porter also seems to be a bit more talented.

If Brook pulls the upset, it wouldn't matter to me. I just want it to be a good fight.

Nope, he's a typical, protected scrub with a hugely padded record. He's shit, and is due to be exposed real soon. It might happen this weekend, though Porter aint great either, so while I pick him to beat Gay Brook it isn't with a huge amount of confidence.

Porter TKO9 is my official pick presuming that Porter can deal with Brook's horrible, Ingle oddness.

Musze stopped being a worthwhile poster ages ago. All he does now is pop up from time to time to try and troll us Limey's.

Hopefully the winner of this fight fights either Thurman, or Garcia.

I'm getting kinda sick of seeing old ass Floyd, and Manny fight.

More interesting to see young, unbeaten guys fight eachother.

He's still a very knowledgeable guy, but I dunno why any fan wouldn't be excited for this fight.

Both guys are young, unbeaten, and both are primarily offensive minded. That's a compelling matchup.

Just because this isn't Leonard-Hearns 1 in terms of talent doesn't make it bad.

I agree, it's weird. I've always liked Musze, and now he's just a boring troll.

Now we know what it would have looked like had Mosley and Corrales ever fought:

I hate Oscar more than any other fighter in history. Having said that, in his prime he would have mopped the floor with Porter and Brook.

I'm sticking to Porter by late TKO. HOWEVER, I am thinking Brook has a chance here. He's a good deal taller than Porter, which I didn't expect. If he can keep the fight at range, and keep Porter at the end of his shots, he can pull it off. In close, Porter will rough him up and beat him up. I don't think Brook is durable enough to win this, which is the main reason I'm going with Porter.

I think Brook could win this. Feebles has alluded to it already, the sheer Stingle factor. Stink + Ingle = Stingle.
